These practices provide you with a product that you will be proud to hand down through the generations.
My Story
I created JD Woodworking to fuel my passion for working with hand tools creatively and productively. I spend my summers working at Streblow Custom Boat, which has been making wooden boats since 1950 with supreme craftsmanship and dedication. In my home shop, I only use hand tools in order to reduce my carbon footprint. I also recently started to teach my craft by hiring an apprentice, so that the knowledge that I have will be passed on to the next generation
